If your swimmer wants to build on the improvement from this summer, I highly recommend year-round swimming! We live in one of the best areas in the nation for year-round swimming part of Potomac Valley Swimming. Most tryouts are in the middle of the summer. You can find a club here. Swimming tends to create the most hard-working, intelligent, and successful people. Look it up!

Each of these programs offers a variety of options depending on what you are looking for in a program and what kind of time commitment you want to make.
