- Year Round Swimming: We are lucky to have several year-round USA Swimming clubs in the area as part of Potomac Valley Swimming. Most tryouts are in the midsummer. You can find a club here.
- Swim Clinics: Many clubs and Montgomery County offer stroke clinics in the off season to hone strokes without a bigger commitment. You can usually sign up for Montgomery Stroke and Turn or FINS, which are both local during the early summer.
